Measuring Your Band Size
To find your band size, wrap the measuring tape snugly around your rib cage directly underneath your bust, making sure it remains perfectly parallel to the ground all the way around. It is best to measure while you are standing naturally and after you have exhaled to ensure the tape sits comfortably against your frame. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller band size, as bras naturally stretch over time and a firmer band provides better long-term support.
Measuring Your Cup Size
For the most accurate cup size, wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your breasts, typically at the level of the nipples. Hold the tape gently so that it rests lightly against your skin without compressing or flattening your natural shape, while ensuring it remains level and parallel to the floor. If you find yourself between two measurements, always round up to the nearest size to ensure full coverage and a smooth silhouette without any pinching.
